The platinum covers the following: * General and Specialist Consultation * Prescription Drugs * Basic Patient care * Basic Laboratory Investigation * Basic X-ray investigation/ultrasound scanning * Minor and intermediate surgical procedures * Basic Hospital Accommodation and Feeding * Normal Delivery (after 12 months of Reg.) * Gynaecological care, excluding infertility * Immunisation and other Preventive Care * Basic Eye Care * Basic Dental Care * Insurance Cover up to N100,000.00 PM Silver (Basic) The National Health lnsurance Scheme (NIBS) based on Basic plan is designed to provide accessible, qualitative and cost effective Health care services to Beneficiaries. The PM Silver (Basic) coverage includes: * General out patient consultations * Prescription DrugsBasic Patient Care * Basic Laboratory Investigations * Minor Surgical Procedures * Preventive Health and Counseling * Basic hospital Accommodation and feeding * Health Promotion * Personal Accident and Insurance coverage (N50,000.00) back to top PM Diamond The Premier Medicaid Diamond plan is a Third Party Administration guarantees a significant reduction in the total. Health care budget organization. This system reduces the stress of cost and administration which normally accompany the fee-for-service retainership arrangement. It also improves on quality health care The quarterly, biannual or annual health care budget is deposited by the Employer with PM and PM Diamond plan ensures that cost effective and qualitative health care services are provided. THIS IS ENSURED BY ACTING AS EFFECTIVE INTERFACE BETWEEN ORGANISATION AND HEALTH PROVIDERS. In the absence of any budget, PM will provide required health care budget at no fee, but 15% of the total health budget will be levied as administrative handling fees. The coverage includes: * General and Specialist consultation * Prescribed drugs on our Formulary * Comprehensive laboratory investigation * Radiological, ultrasound scanning and other relevant imaging procedure * In-patient care including feeding * Minor, intermediate and major or surgical procedures * Antenatal Care * Normal delivery including Caesarean operations * Eye Care * Dental Care * Annual Routine physicaI examination and health counselling back to top PM Special These are special plans for enrollees with special needs. These include special plans for traditionally, enlarged families Amenity ward plans, plans for Retirement, international health coverage for Expatriates and top executives. This is in collaboration with our foreign technical partners. Special plans are made for stressed top executives for Exercise Gyms. There are also special community, plans, and in-House or on- site Health facilities. The General Exclusion clause applies to al the above schemes
